An English-speaking peer support group for women, who have used violence, is going to be organized in the end of April. The process is going to consist of 5 Teams meetings, starting on Tuesday, April 25th at 4-6 p.m. until May 23rd.

During the meetings, the following issues will be discussed:
– feelings and emotional self-regulation
– anger and aggression
– needs
– boundaries
– alertness levels and body-oriented approach.

Besides the group meetings, the process consists of homework to be completed independently between the sessions. Committing to the entire group process is essential.

Every potential participant is going to be met separately 1-3 times before being enrolled to the group. The aim of the individual meetings is to assess, whether the peer support group is the right mean of support for every participant.

Both the individual meetings and the group process are free of charge.
